Man Utd sign Zlatan Ibrahimovic: Mourinho makes stunning first move as Old Trafford boss
JOSE MOURINHO has convinced Zlatan Ibrahimovic to join him at Manchester United, according to stunning claims in Holland.
Respected Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf report that Ibrahimovic will join United this summer on a free transfer from Paris St-Germain.
It’s said he will start his Old Trafford career as a player before moving into a role as coach under Mourinho.
United confirmed Louis van Gaal’s sacking, and the official arrival and introduction of Mourinho to the media is imminent.
But De Telegraaf are close to Ibrahimovic’s agent Mino Raiola and the news isn’t believed to be idle speculation.
It’s said he will start his Old Trafford career as a player before moving into a role as coach under Mourinho.
United have yet to confirm Louis van Gaal’s sacking, yet alone Mourinho’s arrival to replace him.

De Telegraaf also claim there are plans for Ibrahimovic to become an ‘assistant coach’ at Old Trafford after his playing career.
They add: “After his active career as a football player he wants to become a trainer. Manchester United is a few years working as assistant coach in the offing.”
